Where is my Prep Ticket saved?

Prep Ticket drafts are stored on your device. Use the app's clear action to remove the current draft, or remove the app to clear its local data.

Why did my wholesale request not send?

The request workflow prepares an email draft for your review. Add any attachment in your email app and choose Send when ready. The Mondo app does not transmit the request automatically.

What should I do if Market Desk does not load?

Confirm the device has an internet connection and try refreshing the signals. Market Desk uses Open-Meteo data as planning context only. Confirm item-level details directly with Mondo Fresca.

How does Fresho access work?

Existing approved customers can open Mondo Fresca's branded Fresho path from the app. New buyers start with account review, and approved wholesale customers may be invited into Fresho after review.

How can I ask a privacy or data question?
