1. Acceptance and authorized users
These tools are provided by Mondo Fresca Produce Inc. for the company's authorized owners, employees, contractors, and approved service providers. By using a tool, you agree to these terms and confirm that Mondo Fresca has authorized your access.
Access is personal to the authorized user and may be suspended or revoked at any time.
2. Permitted purpose
The tools may be used only for legitimate Mondo Fresca business operations, including reviewing company records, reconciling FreshO and QuickBooks information, preparing internal reports, and identifying items that require owner review.
The current QuickBooks connection is intended for read-only reporting and reconciliation. It does not authorize the tool to create, edit, delete, submit, or apply accounting records.
3. QuickBooks connection
A Mondo Fresca administrator must personally authorize the QuickBooks connection through Intuit. The tool may retrieve the company data covered by that authorization and may refresh access as permitted by Intuit.
Users must not share Intuit passwords, verification codes, private keys, or access tokens. The connection may be disconnected through Intuit or Mondo Fresca's support process.
4. Business data and confidentiality
Company, customer, invoice, payment, credit, pricing, and reconciliation information is confidential Mondo Fresca business information. Authorized users must protect it and use it only for approved business purposes.
Reports are operational aids. Material accounting conclusions should be verified against current source records before they are sent, posted, or used to change a financial record.
5. Prohibited use
- Do not attempt to bypass FreshO, QuickBooks, Intuit, bank, email, or Mondo Fresca permissions.
- Do not use the tools to access another company's data.
- Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with service operation, or defeat security controls.
- Do not copy, sell, publish, or disclose confidential business data without authorization.
6. Third-party services
The tools may connect to services operated by Intuit, QuickBooks, FreshO, Cloudflare, email providers, and other approved vendors. Those services remain subject to their own terms, availability, and security requirements.
7. Availability and changes
Mondo Fresca may update, pause, restrict, or discontinue a tool when needed for security, maintenance, compliance, or business operations. The tools may occasionally be unavailable or contain incomplete information while a source system is delayed or requires renewed authorization.
8. Disclaimer and responsibility
The tools are provided for internal operational use on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mondo Fresca disclaims implied warranties that do not apply by law. Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing warnings, blocked records, source timestamps, and reconciliation exceptions before acting.
9. Termination
Access ends when authorization is revoked, employment or service ends, a connected account is disconnected, or Mondo Fresca determines that continued access creates a security, compliance, or business risk.
10. Governing law and contact
