A Mondo Fresca administrator may revoke the app through Intuit or ask Mondo Fresca support to clear the local connection.

After revocation
Future QuickBooks retrieval stops when Intuit revokes access. The local connection can then remove its stored OAuth credentials from the owner's macOS Keychain.
Records already retrieved
Read-only snapshots and audit records may be retained when needed for legitimate accounting, backup, security, or legal purposes, as described in the privacy policy.
